Scope of delivery:

1. Commissioning and assuming the costs for an energy efficiency expert or a specialist contractor to prepare the so-called BzA (confirmation of application) – a confirmation to be submitted to the state-owned KfW bank that the planned project meets the KfW’s minimum technical requirements
   (Required to submit an application for heating subsidies to the state-owned KfW bank)
2. Delivery contract with agreement of a suspensive condition in accordance with the guidelines of the state-owned KfW bank – a reservation contract with a free right of withdrawal in the event that the KfW does not grant the purchaser/buyer a subsidy
   (Required to submit an application for heating subsidies to the state-owned KfW bank)

   Modulating device indoor unit for heating and domestic water heating, with continuously adjustable Inverter technology and integrated high-efficiency circulation pumps, expansion vessels, safety devices, control components from well-known manufacturers and an attached hydrobox with integrated heating element. Power control in heating mode: 5 – 25 kW

4. Hygienic combination storage tank with integrated drinking water heating with 200 l capacity with attached high-efficiency circulation pump from a well-known manufacturer
5. Heating fence block (15 modules of 3 meters each) with 2 T-foundations and fastening set (connection material up to a maximum distance of 5 m to the heat pump internal unit included, longer distances at an additional cost!)
6. Plug&Play installation kit with all factory-prefabricated and already insulated assembly components (20 pieces) for complete, ready-to-use self-assembly
7. Installation accessories for complete, ready-to-use self-assembly such as cartridge for preparing heating water in accordance with VDI 2035, 2 heating filling hoses á 2.5 m, pipe cutter 3-28 mm, pipe deburrer 3-28 mm, adjustable wrench up to 12″, solar filling pump for drill/drill driver with 2 connection hoses á 2.5 m, solar fluid 750 liters (Drill/drill driver is not included and must be provided by the customer/buyer!)
8. Acceptance of the self-installed system by a specialist company commissioned by the manufacturer or by the manufacturer’s customer service after self-assembly by the customer/buyer or a specialist company commissioned by him/herself and at his/her own expense.

*Registration of the heat pump with the local electricity network operator including changing the electricity meter and the electrical connection of the system is not included in the scope of services; this (consisting of 2 separately fused CEE sockets with 32 A each, 5-pin, 400 V, at a maximum distance of 5 m from the heat pump internal unit) must be commissioned by the customer/buyer himself and at his own expense from an electrical specialist company registered in the trade register and with the local electricity network operator!

After deducting the maximum KfW subsidy of 70%, the investment costs for this product are just 10,020 euros including VAT!
